London Borough of Croydon

The council is refreshing its homelessness strategy and will publish a new one early in 2019. As part of this process we will look at current levels of homelessness and how they are likely to change in the future, and the services we provide and how they will need to change. We will engage with our residents, partner organisations and stakeholders to get their views on how best to meet the challenges we face now, and expect to face in the future. 

We welcome any comments and views on the draft review, and how our services could be improved, and would particularly like to hear from people who have been directly or indirectly by homelessness to provide their insight. This feedback will be taken into consideration when drafting the new homelessness strategy, which will become our main strategic plan for the prevention of homelessness when it is adopted.
