Housing allocation scheme

We publish a housing allocations scheme which sets out who is eligible to apply for housing and how applicants are prioritised.

There is huge demand for housing in Croydon and very few applicants will be housed each year. Applicants are invited to bid for accommodation through our choice-based lettings system, Croydon Choice.

Bids are prioritised according to the allocations scheme.
