Asbestos management policy
This policy outlines the London Borough of Croydon’s approach to asbestos management in the councils owned, and managed properties.
We want to proactively manage the potential risk to health arising from asbestos-containing material in buildings owned or managed by the Housing Directorate.
This policy and accompanying Asbestos Management Plan set out the steps to identify, assess and control asbestos-related risks.
