The Crisis and Resilience Fund policy
The Crisis and Resilience Fund is a government-funded scheme administered by Croydon.
The Fund replaces the Household Support Fund and brings together elements of the previous Discretionary Housing Payment arrangements into a single local welfare support scheme.
