Hoarding and self neglect policy
This policy details how We will manage the issue of compulsive hoarding and unsanitary properties within our housing stock.
This policy sets out a framework for tenancy social and other relevant agencies to work in partnership using an outcome focused, solution-based model. The policy offers clear guidance to staff working with hoarders.
It outlines the responsibilities and approach of both Croydon Council, it’s employees and tenants who live in Council-owned properties.
