This policy outlines our approach to ensure people with vulnerabilities can access housing services and making resonable adjustments to our services.

Croydon is committed to ensuring that residents with disabilities, long term health conditions and vulnerabilities can access a Housing Service that is as close as is reasonably possible to the standard normally offered to their peers.

This policy describes our approach to making reasonable adjustments to our services for tenants, leaseholders and prospective tenants to ensure they are treated fairly and with respect.
