- advice on staying safe and how to reduce potential harm, with support from people with similar life experiences

Croydon Talking Therapies
If you are drinking heavily and are also experiencing low mood, Croydon Talking Therapies offers many different types of support including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling. Talking therapy can be delivered in lots of different ways including one to one, through online programmes, in a group, and over the phone.
