Horizons Hubs are Croydon fostering communities.  It's a space to connect and share experiences for foster carers, their own children, and the young people they care for. 

Each hub has a leader at its centre whose responsibilities include:

• Emotional support and mentorship
• Training and resources
• Crisis assistance
• Planned respite (for example organised ‘sleepovers’)
•  Organising regular activities for families and children
