Fees and allowances
Fostering payments are made weekly, and are made up of an allowance to be spent on the child, and a fee for yourself.
You will also receive allowances for birthdays and celebrated holidays.

For children who require an enhanced package of support we offer a 50% increase of the Standard Skills Fee. For children with disabilities bespoke packages are part of their care plan and might include additional support
Additional payments
The additional payments available are:
- birthday allowance up to £256 per year per child
- festival allowance up to £256 per year per child
- holiday allowance for the child up to £512 per year
- holiday allowance for the foster carer up to £700 per year
- referral reward of £1200 upon approval of new carers
- Start up grant of £500
- School uniform allowance of £300 per year per child
In total the amount you will receive will be between £430 and £530 per week per child depending on the age of the child (based on the allowance, fees and extras)
