Fire Safety

Fire safety is a priority for us and we are committed to providing safe homes to all council residents. Every block managed by us receives regular fire safety inspections and fire safety works are carried out as a priority.

Housing improvement programme

We have launched a major improvement programme across housing services after commissioning an independent investigation into unacceptable conditions in some of the council properties at Regina Road.

Improving your home

Every year, the council makes a capital investment in excess of £20 million across the borough’s council homes. The council is currently developing its new Asset Management Strategy for future investment.
