Person-centred fire risk assessment and Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans

We are committed to helping residents stay safe from fire.

If you, or someone in your household, may find it difficult to recognise a fire, respond to an alarm, or evacuate safely in an emergency, we may be able to provide additional support through a:

  • Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessment (PCFRA)
  • Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP)

These assessments help us understand your individual needs and take appropriate steps to improve your fire safety.
