Council tax bills for 2020/21 were issued in March by post or email. Register for My Account at www.croydon.gov.uk/myaccount to opt in to online billing.

If your account is in credit as a result of overpaying your council tax in 2019/20, you will have been issued with a notice confirming this which tells you how to claim a refund.
If you currently pay your council tax by direct debit we will automatically continue this into the next financial year.
If you choose to pay your council tax by direct debit you have the option to spread the instalments until March 2021 and select either the 1st, 5th, 15th or 25th of the month for payment.

If you have a discount, exemption or council tax benefit we will automatically apply this on your council tax bill for next year. You will not need to re-apply.
