Check your garden waste collection days

Existing customers: You were sent a confirmation email when you paid for this year's service, which has a link where you can manage your service including renewing it or ordering a new bin. We will email you reminders when it is time to renew your service. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, or you paid over the phone and don't have an email address, please call us on 020 8726 6200 so we can check your details and re-send the email if required.

When you sign up to the garden waste service, we will email you with the start date of your collections.

You can then check your collection days online.

Your bin will be collected once every 2 weeks. It may be collected on a different day to your general waste and recycling.
