Change your garden waste collection address

The garden waste service is no longer managed through My Account.

We sent you an email on Wednesday 9 November explaining how to manage your service going forward. The link in this email will give you the option to change your garden waste collection address. If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please call us on 020 8726 6200 so we can check your details and re-send the email.
