Petition format

You can create your petition either electronically or on paper. You will need to submit the following:

  • a brief title of the petition
  • a clear and concise statement covering the subject matter of the petition and stating what action you wish the council to take
  • 500 or more signatures from anyone who lives, works or studies in the borough
  • the name and contact details of the petition organiser (including email address or telephone number)

Anyone who work or studies in the borough should provide their work or school address in Croydon.
