Inline contact details

BETA This will be available in a future release.

When to use inline contact details

You should use inline contact details when the details are needed to complete a task within the page, as opposed to using the contact component that inserts the details at the bottom of the page.

Example

See 'Report a concern about a child' page.

Addresses

Use the markdown for address contact details within text when there’s an action for the user that needs guidance along with an address, such as posting an application form or visiting a specific location to carry out the action.

Example

You can send your application and supporting documents by email or post.

By email

You'll need to download the pre-application form and send your application and supporting documents to the Development Management team.

Email: development.management@croydon.gov.uk

By post

You can send your application form and your supporting documents by post. If you're paying the application fee by cheque, you'll need to include it with your documents.

Development Management 6th Floor, Zone B
Bernard Weatherill House
8 Mint Walk
Croydon
CR0 1EA OR

How to pay

You will also need to include the fee with your pre-application form. We won't validate the request until the fee has been paid upfront.

There are a number of ways you can pay the fee.

Phone numbers and emails

Use markdown for phone numbers and email addresses within text when there’s an action for the user to contact a specific team and you need to provide guidance around it. You can use the advanced links options to add a clickable email address.

Example

If you're a member of the public with concerns

Tell our Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team if you have concerns that a child or young person under the age of 18 is being harmed or needs support – for example:

  • suffering harm, neglect or abuse
  • not getting the right support for their disability
  • under stress from a family situation

We can offer you support and advice, as well as putting families in touch with other services that can provide help and support.

If you are concerned that by calling you may be put in a difficult position, you can make the referral anonymously.
