If you believe you or a member of your household may need additional support during a fire emergency, please contact our Tenancy sustainment team and tell us about your circumstances.
We welcome referrals from:
- council tenants
- residents living in sheltered accommodation.
- residents in extra care housing
- residents in qualifying temporary accommodation.
- leaseholders living in eligible council managed blocks.
