The following items cannot be accepted:

Hazardous waste

• Asbestos
• Chemicals
• Paints and varnishes
• Gas bottles and cylinders
• Flammable or toxic materials

Construction and DIY waste

• Rubble
• Soil and earth
• Plasterboard
• Large quantities of tiles

Other non-accepted items

• Car batteries
• Vehicle parts
• Tyres
• Mirrors and glass panels
• Double-glazing units
• Tree stumps and trunks
• Commercial waste

Any unsuitable items presented for collection will be left behind.
