Gambling premises licences

If you’re a premises-based gambling business in Croydon, for example an adult gaming centre, entertainment centre or bingo hall, you need to apply for a gambling premises licence.

After you've applied

Your licence will only be issued to you when all the necessary inspections and checks have been carried out and the premises meets the required standards. 

Your licence may also list additional site specific conditions.

Reinstate a gambling premises

To reinstate a gambling premises licence you must apply within 6 months of the date of your current licence expiring. If 6 months has passed you will need to apply for a new gambling premises licence.

To apply, write or email to the Licensing team, along with a cheque for £654.
