Travel assistance appeals

For Special Educational Needs (SEN) travel assistance from home to school or college

Appeals must be submitted within 20 working days of receiving a decision about travel assistance. Parents or carers must explain the full reasons for appealing.

You can appeal against how the home to school policy is used. But appeals cannot be made about the policy itself. 

Before you appeal, please read the guidance for travel assistance appeals.
