Bank Holiday weekend:
There are no changes to bin collections.
Find out how to arrange collection of large household items that cannot be reused or recycled.
You can report bulky waste collection problems within 2 working days of the expected collection.
Please report a problem if:
Use the link in the email you received to submit a missed collection report.
Items containing Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) such as sofas, armchairs, beanbags and cushions, must be collected separately from other waste.
If you have bulky items containing POPs, they may be collected in 2 separate visits. The second visit will take place within 10 working days from your original collection date.
Our crew will place a sticker on any items left behind to show they are due for a follow‑up collection.
If you have not received an email you can use the 'Make changes to my bulky waste order' link from your original confirmation email to report a missed collection after 10pm on the day of the collection.
You can also call us on 020 8726 6200 to report a problem with your collection.
You will not be able to report a missed collection if the email you have received states the collection has not been completed. For example, if items were not put outside for collection.
