Order a recycling bin

You can order a recycling bin, a replacement bin or ask for a repair.

Fees for recycling bins

The fee for a:

  • 55 litre box is £8.30
  • 240 litre bin is £34.20

When you order a recycling container, our system will only show the container that is suitable for your property. For most properties, that will be a 240 litre recycling bin, but some properties will be offered a 55 litre box instead.

Check your bin order

If it has been more than 4 weeks since you ordered a bin you can check your order status. 

Cancel a bin order

Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel a bin before it is delivered, or to return it within 14 days for a refund.

Report a problem placing an order

If your bin was damaged or lost by the bin crew, or if you have paid and the order has been marked as not completed, you can report it to us.
