Healthy Neighbourhoods exemption permits

Healthy Neighbourhoods limit through traffic in quiet residential areas. 

If you live in a Healthy Neighbourhood you can get an exemption permit so you can drive through the area. 

You can get a temporary exemption permit for a:

• carer who visits your property
• courtesy car
• large delivery to your property
• trades vehicle for work on your property

You can also get an exemption permit if:

• you are a Blue Badge holder
• you work in a school or nursery in the Healthy Neighbourhood
