Mayor’s business plan: 2022 to 2026

This business plan sets out what we want to achieve over the next 4 years (2022 to 2026). It explains how we will deliver the Executive Mayor’s priorities and make sure our services are effective and affordable.

Housing improvement

A major improvement programme ran from 2022 across housing services after commissioning an independent investigation into unacceptable conditions in some of the council properties at Regina Road.
