Family Hubs
Find the support you may need as a family from pregnancy through to young people turning 19 years, or 25 if they have special educational needs or a disability.
Register for a Family hub
Family Hubs are free and easy to use. To take part in the activities, please register with us so we can keep you up-to-date about all of the services on offer for you and your family.
You will need to:
- download and complete a registration form or complete a form at any Family Hub activity
- scan your completed form and email it to familyhubs@croydon.gov.uk or return to a member of staff at Woodlands Family Hub
What happens to your information
Information collected on the registration form is for the purpose of providing you access to the Family Hub services. It helps us to offer you the right services at the right time for you and your family.
