Family Hubs are a new way of bringing together all the support you may need as a family from pregnancy through to young people turning 19 years or 25 if they have a disability.
The arrival of a new baby can bring great joy, and some natural anxiety at this sudden responsibility. Sleepless nights, uncertainty and questions are all normal and common experiences during the 1,001 days from conception to a baby’s second birthday.
Whether it is from healthcare professionals or volunteers, family or friends, there is a diverse range of support and services available both in Croydon and nationally. However, it is not always easy for families, who are facing the demands of caring for a baby, to access this information and support when they need it.
Croydon’s ambition for its Family Hub Start for Life services is that families can access the support they need when they need it.
