Family Hubs
Croydon’s first hub launched in August 2023, in the south of the borough:
Family Hub
Woodlands Children's Centre
Farnborough Avenue
CR2 8HD
email: familyhubs@croydon.gov.uk
Another 2 hubs will launch over the next 2 years. In each hub there will be children’s activities for young children and a wide range of support for families with older children.
Family Hubs are run by services working together to support you, such as health services, the council, and the voluntary and community sectors.
Your Family Hub will be able to give you information, advice or support with the following:
Activities for children aged 0-5 years | Midwifery and maternity |
Birth registration | Nutrition and weight management |
Debt and welfare support | Oral health improvement |
Domestic abuse support | Parent-infant relationships and perinatal mental health support |
Early language and the home learning environment | Parenting support |
Early childhood education and care | Reducing parental conflict |
Health visiting | Support around SEN and disability |
Housing | Stop smoking support |
Infant feeding support | Substance (alcohol/drug) misuse support |
Intensive targeted family support services | Support for separating and separated parents |
0 to 19 years Public health services | Youth justice services |
Mental health services | Youth services - universal and targeted |
To help you access the right services you will be asked to register your family's details, including all of the children you have. It’s simple and easy to do.
