Family Hubs are a new way of bringing together all the support you may need as a family from pregnancy through to young people turning 19 years or 25 if they have a disability.

Another 2 hubs will launch over the next 2 years. In each hub there will be children’s activities for young children and a wide range of support for families with older children.
Family Hubs are run by services working together to support you, such as health services, the council, and the voluntary and community sectors.
Your Family Hub will be able to give you information, advice or support with the following:

| Infant feeding support | Substance (alcohol/drug) misuse support |
| Intensive targeted family support services | Support for separating and separated parents |
| 0 to 19 years Public health services | Youth justice services |
| Mental health services | Youth services - universal and targeted |
