Attend your notice appointment

Before attending your appointment, please check if you or your partner has symptoms on the NHS website.

Whilst it is no longer legally required for individuals to wear a facemask, we still request that when attending council buildings, residents and staff continue to wear a face covering inside to protect those in attendance.

This is in line with government guidance that suggests “to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet.” Covid19 remains a risk and this is one of the steps we continue to take in our buildings to reduce the risk to residents and staff.

During your appointment

Croydon Registration Service is open for pre-approved appointments only.

To make sure the office doesn't get overcrowded, you will be allowed into the premises 5 minutes before your appointment.

On arrival and during your appointment you will be required to use hand sanitiser and comply with Public Health England guidance on social distancing.

Read GOV.UK's guidance on social distancing.
