You can apply for help if you live in Croydon and are in financial hardship and need emergency support.
Help with removal costs
If you need help with moving into your new property we can consider helping with removal costs. You will need supply the following evidence with your application:
- 3 months bank statements for all accounts held including anyone over 18 years in your household
- proof of income for example, payslips or Universal Credit including anyone over 18 years in your household
- copy of the new tenancy agreement
- removal quotes from 3 different companies (we do not accept hourly rate quotes/van hire and quotes must be for the full move)
- completed budget planner
