Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF)

If you're on housing benefit or receive Universal Credit for housing costs, you can apply for CRF Housing Payments to help with:

• a shortfall in rent, rent arrears or both
• an advance in rent or a deposit   
• removal costs only

CRF payments are not automatically awarded because your Housing Benefit or Universal Credit does not cover your rent.
