Annual Adult Social Care Survey 2023 to 2024

Please share your experiences

As a council, we are required to conduct an annual survey of people in adult social care who use our services, known as the Adult Social Care Survey (ASCS).

The results of the survey will be used by the Care Quality Commission, Department of Health, NHS England and by us to improve services. The more people who take part, the more useful the results will be to help us assess and improve our local services for people like you.

Your survey

You will receive the Adult Social Care Survey (ASCS) in the post, and it will cover questions about your:

  • views on the services you receive
  • quality of life

Responses are kept completely anonymous but if you have any questions, our contact details are the survey.

Please take the time to complete the survey and return it in the pre-paid envelope provided, by 1 March 2024.

Once returned we will analyse the survey results and share them with NHS England, who collate and publish the results from all councils. We expect the national publication of the survey outcome in October 2024.

Thank you in advance for giving some of your time to help Adult Social Care services.
