There are 2 types of all zone permit.

1. All zone on street permit

Where can I park?

The all zone on-street permit allows users to park in any bay within the borough marked as 'Pay & Display or Permit holders'.

Where can't I park?

This permit does not allow a holder to park in:

  • Car parks
  • Pay & display only bays
  • Resident only bays
  • Business only bays
  • Doctor's bays
  • Disabled bays
  • Ambulance bays
  • Taxi ranks

Cost of permit

It costs £419 for a 6 months permit and £818 for a 12 months permit + £30 administrative charge for new permits. There is no administration charge for permit renewals.

It is the permit holder's responsibility to ensure they renew their permit in good time.

2. All zone on and off-street permit

Where can I park?

The all zone on-street permit allows users to park in any bay within the borough marked as 'Pay & Display or Permit holders' and within any of the following council operated car parks.

  • Ann's Place
  • Clifford Road
  • Factory Lane
  • Jubilee Bridge
  • Lloyds Park
  • New Addington
  • New Addington Swimming Pool
  • Granville Gardens
  • Purley Multi-Storey
  • Reedham Station
  • Russell Hill Place
  • Sanderstead
  • Belgrave Road
  • Spice's Yard
  • Thornton Heath
  • Wandle Surface(except Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm)
  • West Croydon.

This permit does not allow a holder to park in:

  • Pay & display only bays
  • Resident only bays
  • Business only bays
  • Doctor's bays
  • Disabled bays
  • Ambulance bays
  • Taxi ranks.

Cost of permit

It costs £500 for a 6 months permit and £980 for a 12 months permit + £30 administrative charge for new permits. There is no administration charge for permit renewals.

It is the permit holder's responsibility to ensure they renew their permit in good time.

How do I apply?

Apply online for all zone permits

When you start your application please change the start date to five working days from today. This is to allow for processing and postage. We cannot change the start date once you submit your application.

Please note for online renewals your application must be received at least seven days prior to the date of expiry of a current permit. Any renewal application for an expired permit will be treated as a new application and incur a £30 administration fee.
