The Webb Estate and Upper Woodcote Village
Webb Estate designated June 1983 and extended June 2007. Upper Woodcote Village designated November 1973 and extended June 2007.
A notable Edwardian garden suburb created by developer William Webb based upon his Garden First Principles. The model village laid out around Woodcote Green is the focus of the area, but both conservation areas are rich in historic buildings set amidst a mature landscape.
