Annual visitor permit
You can only get an annual visitor permit if you live in the central parking zone.
An annual visitor permit costs £19.80.
You will also have a pay a £38 admin fee for your first permit.
It is valid:
- all day Sunday
- 6pm to midnight on other days
Day visitor permit
The cost of a visitor permit depends on:
- which zone you live in
- your visitor's vehicle's CO2 emissions
You can check which zone you live in.
Inner zones
These include:
- East Inner
- East Outer
- E2
- North
- N1
- N2
- South
- West

If you do not have emissions data for your vehicle
If your visitor's vehicle was registered before March 2001, a visitor permit costs £3.30.

- Thornton Heath
