To apply for a resident permit you must be:
A resident permit will let you park in any parking bays where restrictions normally apply, apart from in disabled bays reserved for Blue Badge holders.
We will send you the permit within 5 working days.
When asked to enter the date, please add at least 5 days from the date you are submitting. This will help make sure your permit does not start before you receive it. We can not change the start date after the permit is issued.
If you’re a permanent resident in a council-owned housing estate, you can apply for a council housing estates permit. This will allow you to park your car within the estate’s car park or roads only. It will not allow you to park your car on other streets in your area that are covered by normal parking restrictions.

You can also get a one month permit, which will let you park in any bay within the selected zone, except disabled bays.
This is a virtual permit: once you have paid for it online it is valid. You do not need to display a physical permit.
