Information about the different ways residents can get involved and have their say about housing services.
The neighbourhood voice scheme enables residents to report to us each month on the neighbourhood services they receive, such as caretaking and grounds maintenance. Voices complete a simple form, either online or by using paper forms and prepaid envelopes. This scheme often appeals to those who do not want to attend meetings or who do not have much time to give, as taking part only takes a few minutes each month.
Individual neighbourhood voice responses are fed back to the neighbourhood service managers each month. We also summarise the results for the performance monitoring panel each quarter. Recent results are available below.
We keep neighbourhood voices updated and run a prize draw to encourage regular returns. The latest reports are available to download below.
If you live in a council owned block or estate and are interested in getting involved please contact the resident involvement team at residentinvolvement@croydon.gov.uk or call 020 8726 6000 ext. 44524.
This initiative enables residents to feedback directly to the council on the services that affect them most, without the need to attend meetings.
