How to request a repair to your council property, Information about repairs
you will need to create an online account, then click on ‘Report it’ and then ‘Housing Repairs’ to log your repair.
Do not report emergency repairs online. Call our contact centre on 020 8726 6101 for all emergency repairs

If you live in a block and see a communal repair it is your responsibility to report it. Communal repairs can be reported in the same way as normal repairs.
Appointment slots do not apply to communal repairs and you will not usually need to be at the property when we carry out the repair. If access through your property is required, we will call you in advance to let you know when we are coming.
Appointments for repairs are Monday to Friday. You will be able to tell us which day or time is most convenient for you and we will, where possible accommodate this.
Time slots are :
Morning slot – 8am to 1pm
Afternoon slot – 12pm to 5pm
Appointment slots are for attendance only. The actual repair may take longer to complete.
We do not give appointment for emergency or urgent repairs. We aim to respond to these repairs between 2 and 24 hours.
If any measuring is required or the repair is not straight forward we may need to visit before we can carry out the actual repair.
If you have provided us with a mobile number, you will usually receive a series of text messages to:

If you are unable to keep an appointment please telephone and let us know as soon as possible. We can rearrange the appointment for you and may be able to offer your original slot to another tenant.
