The Homes for Ukraine team

The Wellbeing team

The team consists of three wellbeing assessors and two social workers and, you will have met members of the team when they visited to carry out your initial assessment.

We can help you with any issues you may be experiencing as a guest or a sponsor.  We have a wealth of experience, knowledge, and information to share with you and can signpost to other services, where appropriate. We have Ukrainian team members that you can speak to if you are having challenges with English.

You can also request a follow up welfare check should there be any issues with your placement or concerns that you need support with including relationship breakdowns.  Wellbeing assessors can provide letters to assist with opening bank accounts, confirmation of being on the Homes for Ukraine scheme or for job applications.  If this is something you might need help with, please ask your wellbeing assessor for support.
