Making a payment

Fixed penalty notices with a barcode

If you have been issued an FPN with a barcode, you can pay your fine by the following methods.

You can make debit card or credit card payments online if your CFPN number starts with ‘00’. If it does not start with 00, please choose another way to pay your fixed penalty notice.

Post Office / PayPoint

You can pay by cash, cheque or debit card at any post office or by cash only at any PayPoint outlet. You will need to present the fixed penalty notice containing your unique barcode. It is very important that you retain your receipt as a record of your payment.

By Post

All cheques must be made payable to Croydon Council. Post dated cheques will not be accepted. Send your cheque or postal order to the fixed penalty administrator, 6 Floor (Zone A), Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.

Remember to write your FPN Reference number on the reverse of the cheque/postal order.

No receipts will be issued for payments by post.
