Fixed penalty notices can be issued for environmental offences, including dropping litter, fly-tipping and breaching public space protection orders. Find out how to pay and appeal a fine.
If you have been issued an FPN with a barcode, you can pay your fine by the following methods.
You can pay online with a debit card or credit card if your FPN number starts with 00. If it does not start with 00, please choose another way to pay your fixed penalty notice.
All cheques must be made payable to Croydon Council. Post dated cheques will not be accepted.
Send your cheque or postal order to:

Remember to write your FPN Reference number on the reverse of the cheque/postal order.
Receipts will not be issued for payments by post.
You can pay your FPN by cash or card at any location displaying the PayPoint sign.
