Up to £5,000 per business (total fund: £50,000) available to support existing local businesses to improve their shopfronts and enhance the appearance of Croydon’s high streets.
The grant covers:
- new shopfronts, signage, windows, and doors
- external decoration and lighting
- accessibility and energy‑efficiency improvements
Eligibility
- Applications open in April 2026 on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Independent, small and micro-businesses already trading from premises in Croydon can apply.
- Must be locally owned (no franchises or national chains) and must have a valid business lease in place.
