The Statement of Licensing Policy (2023 to 2028) outlines the framework for managing licensing activities in the borough, in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
We have recently reviewed and re published our cumulative impact assessment as contained in our Statement of Licensing Policy. This was approved on 16 March 2026.
