Claimant representatives
If you are a claimant representative and wish to issue a Claim Notification Form (CNF) against Croydon Council, please log onto the claims portal and select our portal ID no. G00452. If you are new to the portal, visit the Using the portal guides to get started.
The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) require that all personal injury claims under £25,000 must be submitted through the MOJ claims portal.
We will not deal with any claim under £25,000 that is not registered through the portal and that does not provide full details of the claimant and incident.
We reserve the right to refer claimant representatives that do not comply with these requirements to the MOJ Behaviour Committee.
