Details of commercial property and asset disposals approved by Cabinet.

The programme supports our  strategic approach to managing our estate and releasing assets for redevelopment and community use.

The Council reserves the right to withdraw properties from this list, and to sell and dispose of the properties noted in the list (included within the stated tranches following approval by Cabinet) in the exercise of its discretion.

Please note that these are static lists and some of the properties mentioned my have been sold already.
