From 5 December we will be sending out questionnaires to a selection of customers who contact us by telephone. It is really important that we listen to customers to use the feedback to improve our services. This is a pilot scheme which we will test for 6 months and then implement across the rest of our phone lines. Emails will be sent from no-reply@croydon.gov.uk.

Out of hours calls 

To report an emergency outside of our working hours, call 020 8726 6000 and follow the instructions below:

  1. make a service selection, for example: press 5 for Children's Services
  2. listen to the message until you hear ‘If your call is an emergency, please wait and your call will be transferred’
