From 5 December we will be sending out questionnaires to a selection of customers who contact us by telephone. It is really important that we listen to customers to use the feedback to improve our services. This is a pilot scheme which we will test for 6 months and then implement across the rest of our phone lines. Emails will be sent from no-reply@croydon.gov.uk.
