Out of hours calls

To report an emergency outside of our working hours, call 0208 726 6000 and follow these instructions:

  1. Make a service selection, for example, press 5 for Children's Services.
  2. Listen to the message until you hear ‘If your call is an emergency, please wait and your call will be transferred’.

British sign language (BSL)

If you're deaf and require British Sign Language, you can use Convo or SignLive to connect to us via an interpreter for free.

Feedback requests

Your views are very important to us and play a key role in shaping how we support our residents. We may contact you after your call to provide feedback on your experience. 

We’ll send you a link to our feedback form by email. This will come from Croydon Council (email address no-reply@croydon.gov.uk). We appreciate your time and thank you for helping us.

We will never ask for your debit or credit card details over the phone. If anyone asks you for card details during a call claiming to be from the council, end the call immediately and report it to us.
