Leaving an abusive relationship can be hard and it's not unusual to need support during this time. So when you are ready to move on into a future free from abuse there are numerous support services that can help you make this journey:

FJC: The centre is run by a skilled experienced team that works to provide you and your family access to support services. Our aim is to listen and respond to your needs in a safe way. The FJC is open for drop-ins and appointments every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am - 4pm.

The 24 hour National domestic helpline: The helpline can give support, help and information over the telephone, wherever the caller might be in the country.

Freedom Programme: Supporting women who have been victims of domestic violence.

RASAC: The RASAC Crisis centre in Croydon provides specialist support to female survivors of sexual violence.

RESPECT: Behaviour-change courses run in small groups for perpetrators of domestic violence.

Family support services

CVA: promoting, support and developing effective voluntary action, community development and community involvement for the benefit of the whole community.

Women and Girls network: offering counselling and support for women who have experienced gender based violence.

Honour Based Violence: support and advice for victims of honour based violence.

Female Genital Violence: for anyone seeking advice or information on female genital violence.
