Inflationary uplifts for adult social care and health

We review provider fees each financial year for:

  • residential care
  • nursing care
  • supported living
  • home care
  • day services

We use local and national data to set uplift rates, while meeting our legal duty to balance the budget.

Each year we will:

  • consult providers on the cost of care
  • publish an uplift timetable
  • confirm uplift rates once agreed
  • apply uplifts automatically
  • align changes with relevant Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) dates

We also offer webinars as part of provider engagement.
