Council tax bills for 2020/21 are issued in March 2020 by post or email.

 Register for My Account at www.croydon.gov.uk/myaccount to opt into online billing.

Bills are being sent out in batches between 10 and 23 March. If you have not received your bill by the 30 March, you can view your bill on My Account at www.croydon.gov.uk/myaccount or contact us at croyctax@croydon.gov.uk.

For customers who have opted for e-billing, your council tax bill will be available to view on line from 23 March.

Please read the bill carefully to make sure you are paying the correct amount of council tax.

If you think you may be entitled to council tax support, visit www.croydon.gov.uk/advice/counciltax/faqs/helpfinancial

Your council tax remains due and payable until any discount or council tax support has been awarded.
