Council tax bills for 2020/21 were issued in March 2020 by post or email.

Register for My Account at www.croydon.gov.uk/myaccount to opt in to online billing.

Bills were sent between 10 and 23 March. If you have not received your bill, you can view your bill in My Account at www.croydon.gov.uk/myaccount or contact us at croyctax@croydon.gov.uk.

For customers who have opted for e-billing, your council tax bill is available to view online.

Please read the bill carefully to make sure you are paying the correct amount of council tax.
