The team provides specialist health support for adults with learning disabilities and their carers. This includes:
- nursing
- hospital liaison
- mental health
- behaviour support
- physiotherapy
- speech and language therapy
- advice on healthy eating

Get support from Active Lives
You can receive support with learning disabilities and autism from Active Lives.
Active Lives can help with:
- emotional and physical wellbeing
- developing skills
- the transition from care to independent living
- using tech support
- building confidence and reducing isolation
- training for families, carers, professionals and communities
